Corel used to make a fine set of software. used to run it on Linux.
now that i have both a Mac and NIX box, it would be nice to see
more office choices for those platforms. but if i recall Corel prefers
to pull out of markets just as they start to grow..... shame.

Pulls out of areas that almost causes them to go belly up. They spent a lot of time, effort and money on supporting Linux and it almost killed them. To do the same again but with the Mac would be a bad move.

I have WP Office X3 and it doesn't seem to support Open Document Format (at least not in WordPerfect itself - I don't know about the other app's in the package.
