Microsoft really has a knack. . .

. . .for screwing things up. Their TV ads have always been a joke (butterflies, etc.) Now they're naming a project "Elixir", which is defined as "medicine believed to have the power to cure all ills". Sounds to me like they're pretty desperate. What a poor choice of terms.

Oh yeah, they're pretty desperate.

Only paid out $30 BILLION dollars in a special dividend last year, after only raising it by 100% to .32 per year. Only saw 11% revenue growth across the board. Only had HALO sales pass 6.5 million units. Only had Comcast, SBC, Bellsouth, and Sirius commit to using their technology to deliver video.

Yes, all signs of desperation.

*******.

I here the moon is going to turn into candy and shower the earth with gumdrops too.

Your dislike for the company is making you sound silly.
I hope they make Outlook a tad more secure first

Like...

...don't run scripts that come in email that say "please send all your customer info to.vbs" or

"Please email all your employees and customers this virus.ws"

Not that it EVER happens... more than twice a month, of course...

Maybe they should name it LookOut..
