SugarCRM way to expensive!!

I don't get it why there are still companies telling we are offering cheaper and better opensource products?? I recently downloaded from a Chilean company their opensource CRM software "humano2" and it works perfectly!, is easy to use and not predefined in its settings like Salesforce,Sibel etc. GREAT BACKEND!!
