... at laboratories it calls Banking Centers of Excellence (BCOE)...". It will be good to know if these facilities will be addressing issues with regards to Development Banking (as can be reflected in its recent Development Banking investments in China) as distinct from those with regards to Commercial Banking. However--The way to go IBM as these moves look like good business strategies! Which OS is it going to be Linux, Windows or OS/2!!!

AN "OPEN" INVITATION FOR REDMOND CAMPUS TO JOIN THE FUN!
by Commander_Spock April 13, 2007 10:36 AM PDT
Now that the OPEN DOCUMENT FORMAT STANDARDS (ODF) party held at the ISO for WORD PROCESSING is almost over; how about making plans to attend the upcoming party where "OPEN LOTUS SMARTSUITE" (1-2-3) is expected to be on the dancing floor again after loosing the competition to OFFICE. It should be real fun to see how OFFICE 2007 dances to the ISO's XML STANDARDS MUSIC with all those "INTERNATIONAL BANKING FOLKS" in attendance. Please don't be late a "second" time around for this another ODF PARTY!
