Not a bad idea really.

I would kind of like to see something like this in the US but most of the skills mentioned sound like they are covered by a high school diploma.

What may be useful is some sort of a standard "security clearence" for the civilian industry.

why would I want to be led by someone so blind
that they need me to pass a microsoft XP exam?

We are Real People... We want real jobs... We are
not slaves for the rich....

I didnt pass the dam thing anyhow... and got
fired... I guess having an MSDN subscription and
ten years in the software industry isnt good
enough for a living wage job at a public high
school pending on a microsoft xp exam...
anywho...

Microsoft, you never once replied to my countless
job inquirers over the past decades.. I had to
run off to the valley.... after RealNetworks..
geeze.. you hired most of the lead developers
from your "competition"... cough.. cough..
