Servers Probably made in China anyway

Given the huge migration of US manafacturing to China to take advantage of China's state-backed sweat-shop labour environment, both the IBM and HP servers sold in this deal are probably "locally made" in China anyway.

Isn't IBM owned by Lenovo now? Isn't Lenovo a Chinese company? It makes a lot of sense why IBM was chosen now!
