They Should Fire McNealy

The bum gets a $1.1 million dollar bonus? For what? The shareholders need to take action and fire McNealy and put Bechtolshiem in charge.

McNealy needs to step down or be removed. If any other employee in Sun delivered the type of performance that he has for the past 5 years they would be fired with no questions asked. Why is McNealy not held to the same standards by which his people are judged? The longer Sun waits to oust McNealy the harder it will be to ever recover. The Board needs to start acting in behalf of its shareholders and not in the interest of McNealy.

You're right. Fire McNealy and Promote Andy

Bechtolshiem has shown that he knows how to be successful, and is probably the best choice to run Sun. Instead they keep McNealy and Schwartz, who are starting to resemble Abbott and Costello rather than their heroes Welch and the auto industry.

The shareholders are correct. Get rid of McNealy and get Sun back on track.
