great article - alot of talk about historical password issues, that horse is dead - pls move on!

The new horse is a one time password ( OTP) that is re-usable,after the iniatial implementation of your re-usable password, it is never ever typed into a network or application login ever again. It cannot be duplicated and it has inherent 2 factor authentication.

GridData Security is what I have been using for a number of months. I never put in my password - I put in characters that make up my password ( mine is a pass phrase - something I'll remember)

I can export the OTP to a jump drive and walaaa, 2 factor authentication that I trust, cost me nothing and my password is never typed anywhere.

Love my OTP. My brithday is coming up, do you think I my wish would come true if I asked all the banks to implement OTP so I can online bank securely...

I am the CEO of a small computer security training company. I have been doing computer security for 18 years, at ATT and CISCO - and I know we can say NO! to passwords and identity theft. have a great day. do you guys really read these replies? Sondra

You are still bound to a 'device' with OTP. What happens if I shoulder surf or keystroke copy your passphrase and then steal your OTP device!
KIS keep it simple something you know and cannot relay to anyone else! Pictures are the new era!
it is not my opinion
