So if a there were to be a few paper nudie pics the wind blew from a trashcan onto the school's lawn, would Michael Regan prosecute the principle?

If the same happened at a public park, would Michael Regan prosecute the Mayor?

Same situation, but with paper instead of computers.

New London County State's Attorney Michael Regan is a thug hiding behind unethical use of legalisms and his position. Since it is his actions that are leading the charge against Julie Amero, he is fully responsible for her health problems and the loss of her unborn child. I think he should be permanently disbarred, and put on trial himself for assault, assault with intent to commit murder, and for 1st degree murder of the child.
