I'm surprised that they're surprised
by Jackson Cracker June 26, 2006 3:18 PM PDT
Just from reading a few message boards and newsgroups it's obvious
that a significant percentage of native English speakers have problems
with spelling even simple words. And unfortunately, some of these aren't
caught by spell checkers since they involve confusing or interchanging
such words as your/you're, their/there/they're or rain/rein/reign.

Whitesmoke is horrible!

Whitesmoke is horrible; don't even think about buying it. I was absolutely ashamed I bought it. If you accept the recommendation to "enrich" your writing you'll end up with writing that will make you sound like an idiot.

Don't buy it or use it. It's a virus for writers.

I started using this Correct English application http://www.correctenglish.com and love it. I would not even put the frauds whitesmoke in the same category. I wish I did not waste my money on whitesmoke before. At least now I have the tool I was looking for.
