We went through this in the '70's. The government pissed away a
lot, I mean a lot of money. What do we have to show for it. Well,
I do have some reports from then, performed by arrogant
national labs that got a lot of that money. There is not much else
to show for it.
If there is a need for an energy revolution, and I think there is,
why not let the capitalist economy filter it out.
Windmills are already pervasive in Europe. So is solar. The
economy will respond. Our economy responds very well to needs
like this.
Shouldn't we be nervous when someone says I am from the
Government and I am here to help?
