RFID and robots on playgrounds
by July 8, 2005 8:13 AM PDT
With all due respect to RFID and robotic technologists, what are those Japanese schoolchildren going to turn into when they grow up without any parents present in the most important times in their lives? Playground experiences shape their later behavior more than you may think. Without caring parents present to guide that early behavior in the right direction, these children will often grow up to become news headlines or tragic statistics later. Then you may need the robots to guard them in prison. Iraq is where we need this concept!
