Tsunami moved a lot...

... but it didn't change a thing about the eaarth's rotation. Those
effects are due to the massive tectonic plate movements during
the earthquake.

Some writer needs a basic geology education.

It says in the article that the north pole moved east. How can the north pole move anything but SOUTH?
