One Big Delay Line

Anyone else notice that about 75% to 85% of any news coming
out on Microsoft is about delayed products, security problems,
legal problems and other clusterf**ks? Strickly from a PR
standpoint this has got to be the worst sounding company of all
time.

Good Joke

... but I am not sure how many people will get it. You make a good point too. Microsoft needs to be more conservative with its release dates. I wonder if the 64bit OS will be out next month as promised.
This is news?

I'm not sure how this is news... I thought everyone knew they were looking at a fall release. With beta 2 of VS 2005 and v2 of the .NET Framework coming out around the end of the month, that should be obvious.

The nay-sayers can talk nonsense, but those of us involved with the stuff (including beta 1) know there's plenty to be excited about, and it's well worth the wait.
