- What is new that AMD is bringing to the market that Intel has not brought or won't bring in the future? The Article fails to recognize that Intel has alredy been shipping processors with Virtualization and platforms with management technologies.. I do not see what the excitement in the article is all about!

- Well, I must admit I didn't know Intel was shipping any virtualization with it's processors. On the other hand Intel's been pretty erratic lately about it's processors direction.

On the other hand AMD has been focused and is bringing technology at a regular pace. I haven't seen them just push any old thing out lately.
My point here is maybe they didn't report Intel's wonders because it's been harder to keep track of what Intel is doing and what Intel is scrapping. Or maybe it was simply one of those AMD articles. Not every article about Intel has AMD in it either.
Of course I like to think of it as a conspiracy. AMD and Microsoft are trying to kill Intel to do away with Apple. :)
