I don't get it. Why is Dell polishing things? And why are they
opening a new facility to do so? Are they introducing new mirror-
finish computers?

You've got some crack headline writers, C|Net! How about "Dell
Opens Facility In Poland"?

Just goes to show the depth of quality that passes for "journalism"
here.

Don't play dumb!, Poland is a country, in order for Vista to be successful in Europe, hardware is needed to run the software.

Dell wants to take advantage of that.
