As a mass maker of PCs, of course Lenovo will sign a volume purchase contract with Microsoft. It doesn't in any way imply that they won't ship computers with other operating systems.
This isn't the mid 1990s, when companies could get better deals if they excluded other operating systems. The DOJ already ruled that the practice of exclusion is illegal.
Lenovo, like HP, or Dell, has a huge market, so they very well need to create different configurations, in hardware and OS, the meet the different needs of a diversified customer base.

Note that Lenovo is NOT on the list.
Lenovo made it "clear"
that they DO NOT preinstall Linux.
