Dell PCs typically use intel boards, the problem is they use custom BIOS. So even if you peel the part number sticker off, and find the actual Intel board number, the intel BIOS will not work. I ran in to a Dell laptop that had the LCD screen type locked in BIOS. Replacing the screen did not work because the type could not be changed (WSXGA WUXGA).

- I, the seller of Ebay, has posted a parcel by air mail to a buyer. The buyer claims that she has not receive the parcel. Paypal just give her back money out of MY pocket without my authorization, coz I can not prove that I have posted the parcel.

(7 Comments)Paypal has a buyer protection program. Buyers claim to Paypal that they have not received the parcel. Paypal will give them back money from the seller without the authorization of the seller, because the sellers can not prove that they have post the parcel by air mail (unregistered mail/ without mail track).
The parcel posted by air mail without mail trace. I do not have the proof of the posting, does not mean I have not post the parcel. If you accuse a person of kill another people, u take him to Jail, due to he have no proof that he have not kill people. No proof does not mean you can accuse of other people doing wrong things.
I have stated in the auction that - Seller is not responsible for any item(s) once shipped. the parcel will be posted by air mail without mail trace.
Even Paypal can NOT prove Buyer has not receive the parcels. Buyer claims and Paypal Trusts them. What if Buyer is telling lies/fraud ?
If there is 10 buyers claims and sellers can not prove, so Paypal give all the money back to the 10 buyers out of the seller's pockets. That is easy all the buyers have to do is buy something on the Ebay and shipped by mail that do not have the parcel trace (unregistered mail). Afterwards, they can claim to Paypal that they have not receive the parcels. Paypal will give them back all their money, since the sellers can not prove that they have post the parcels! Buyers can get the item without paying. And, sellers are the ones who paying the Paypal fee, the item cost, final auction fee and the shipping cost. Last but not least, the time that involved!
Now, I know what REAL Paypal is. I am so angry and disgust about Paypal. Therefore, do not think that your money is safe in Paypal. Paypal will withdraw your money without your authorization to advertise their brand name!
