overall fine

I like IE7 overall but am having 1 small issue with it. When I open a new page from the start button and clicking on IE, it opens small but responds to F11 to go full page and the stuff at the top and bottom of the page goes away. However, when I open a new page by clicking on a link, it open small, doesn't respond to F11 and the top and bottom stuff stays put, which is problematic given my smallish laptop screen and the fact that I can't reconfigure the toolbar to get rid of any of it. Anyone else having this?

I have installed IE7 three times and each time Outlook Express is damaged. Anybody else have this problem? IE6 is fine. (Win XP Pro SP2 updated)
