Ann Livermore's Blatant Lies
by May 16, 2004 12:43 PM PDT
My best friend was hit with a layoff, (along with dozens of others inside HP), under Ann Livermore's watch last week. She not only lied, she lied to you after the layoff's were in effect. What a corporate lacky and spineless lackey she is. I'll never buy another HP product again. THIS is what's wrong with corporate America.

Well, the part about no layoffs is a lie. I should know since I'm one of a few thousand in this layoff round. Not sure why she didn't admit it. Not the same HP, that's for sure.

I don't think that she lied that she did what she did. You must give her credit that she knows what she is doning. I understand Ann Livermore to be a women of great standards and not one to compromise anything. She thinks of people first and would not hurt her employees.
Ann Livermore is a strong women and will do what is bless for the her company. She will develop a plan that will bring froth growth for her business.

How could HP win you back as a customer? I think Ann Livermore did her best and she will make things turn around at HP. She will gain feedback from the a round table and learn how to bring back customer satification. Your opinion is improtant to HP. So, don't let rule out your loyalty to HP, without given them a chance to win you back. HP is the "PLACE to Be".
Sorry?

Outsourcing

"How are you going to offer these things in terms of the work force? Are you doing this out of your lower-cost facilities in India or China?
Our hub is in Bangalore. We also have some of the work being done out of Guadalajara, and we also have a site in Singapore. We have one more location in Spain."

Outsourcing is just great. I only missed Timbuktu. Viva modern slavery!

Outsourcing

I don't feel that outsorcing is modern day slavery. Outsourcing is a opportunity that let people in all countries have good paying jobs. I feel that outsouring in third world countries allow us to give them more convience. People in Africa, India, China, Russia and other foreign nations need the same chance that we have in America. I hope that HP will see to that. I hope that HP will start to open door of econmic growth to other counties. Remeber, "HP is the Place to Be."
