Fixing undersea telecom cables

Let's say five fiber-optics communications cables are severed, some thousands of feet beneath the surface. How do you get them back up & running? Well duh, you don't replace the cable down there beneath the waves, you go get the cable and bring it to the surface. But now the question is, how do you retrieve the cable?

There is a television documentary about a company/ship that performs these splices. The show is well worth the time to view. Fascinating efforts!

Seriously dude, ***...

The real question is WHICH government went and CUT those 5 cables all within a week??

Stop the conspiracy, it's time for reality. Cutting those cables was a clear act of WAR.
