I understand the feeling and can't be actively using all micro-blogging platforms that come my way either.

Having said that, I have no problem registering on quite a few platform, and time will tell which one I use most.

So far, Twitter is the granddaddy of them all, and Plurk has enough originality / specificity to make a decent alternative platform.

The other platforms are still searching for their place in the sun.
