Samsung Omnia coming to AT&T?

The folks over at the Boy Genius Report have discovered a fresh new rumor that the Samsung Omnia (which we first heard about at CommunicAsia) might be coming to AT&T this year. It's slated to be a Windows Mobile 6.1 phone with a 5-megapixel camera with face detection, quad-band, HSDPA, Bluetooth, as well as access to AT&T's array of services like AT&T Music, AT&T Video, and even AT&T Mobile TV. Of course, we're not sure whether this will come out later this year or not, but all signs point to yes.

The question around is now this version will not have 3G, Wifi or GPS. Though we are all hoping this is just an ugly rumor.

Enough with the one-name phones. Just go back to Model numbers.

This was confirmed on Gizmodo a few weeks ago, the same day that the new iPhone was announced. It will have 3G and GPS - no wifi. The UI will me Windows Mobile but with Samsung modifications to it. Projected list price is between 500-600 but hasn't officially been announced.
