The only thing good we can think of saying about these earphones is that they're not caked with Swarovski crystals. After all, if you're going to shell out $6,400 for a pair of buds, the least they can do is give you the real thing.

These "iDiamond luxury earphones from designer Thomas Heyerdahl are made of white gold and 204 diamonds, according to Luxurylaunches. Only a thousand of them will be produced, which may still be several hundred more than needed to meet the demand. But if you're one of those who are intent on generating negative karma with such egregious excess, you might as well go all out and get a $20,000 diamond Shuffle to go with it.

Even if I could dedicate $20,000 for these pair of headphones why do it? That lady in the picture above is also probably wearing Victoria Secret's $1,000,000 bra!

I bet I could use an old pair of ear buds and sprinkle glitter on it for substantially less!

Google has its own plan for Netbooks

No, the search giant isn't saying it will build a Netbook. But it sure knows what it would like one running Chrome OS to resemble, and that's a little different from the Netbook of today.
