The Crave video podcast is back! This week we learn about Transformer phones, Brian Tong's creepy dating habits, and Jessica Dolcourt's skill at the mobile version of Guitar Hero.

Holler if you're glad to see the Crave vodcast back in action. We'll have more Crave goodness for you coming next week.

Donald Bell is CNET Reviews' senior editor for MP3 players and portable audio, and one half of the MP3 Insider blog and weekly podcast. He also likes getting his hands dirty with digital audio tools for musicians and DJs.

I've been watching the Vodcast for awhile now...
by jeugenio March 7, 2008 6:57 PM PST
Folks...Not to be disparaging, but I have been watching the VODcast and content on Crave since the beginning. Watching Veronica and James was great, they were professional, fun and thorough. However glad that I am at the Vodcast being back...it's quality isn't what it used to be. "Holler"? I realize that this site is for everyone that is excited about tech in general but the age demographic isn't exactly geared towards teens and the hip hop crowd. Technology professionals and end users alike read this blog and watch the vodcast and it would be great not to devalue the quality or content by making it chavvy, cheap and/or hip. Sorry if I came off a bit harsh, but I just want quality like CNET is, has and always will be known for.

Wow! I didn't expect this.

I must admit, I wasn't really a fan of Brian Tong since I first saw his Product Spotlight on the Nano ("It's on BOOM! Apple's 3rd generation iPod nano..."), but this podcast is a lot better than I expected! Like everyone else, I miss V and James, but this is the best replacement I can think of. Thanks, keep it coming!
