Of course, you probably have to subject yourself to something short of medieval torture to accomplish that feat, but exercise is horrible in any form anyway. Range of Motion, which makes this machine, says it exercises 55 percent of the human body's muscles to burning 465 calories, according to BornRich, engaging "12 times as many muscle cells as does walking or running."
It might not be a bad idea to integrate a 911 alert function just in case. No matter what, though, it's got to be better than the "Hawaii Chair."
