It's not the RIM BlackBerry Pearl 2 that most of you are probably waiting for, but T-Mobile and RIM have just released three new color models of the BlackBerry Pearl. In addition to black and white, you can now get the sexy little messaging machine in Sunset (red), Blue, or Gold. They are all available for purchase today in stores and online for $149.99 with a two-year contract and after discounts. T-Mobile will also soon introduce a $9.99-per-month unlimited BlackBerry e-mail-only service (currently, the cheapest plan is $19.99 per month). Aside from the new colors, everything else is the same under the hood. You get the same push e-mail capabilities, the same frustrating SureType keyboard, a 1.3-megapixel camera, multimedia, and more.
