Ustream.tv freaks me out, but Will freaks me out even more

I'm going to be playing with live-streaming some Apple store iPhone launch coverage very soon, but since I'm a webcam novice, I decided to test it out a little bit before taking it to the streets.

Here's a tip: Don't tell Will Greenwald that you're live-streaming anything. Ever. Because he'll show up in his Transformers helmet and say weird stuff.
