Actually, it's the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)'s virtual demonstration of global weather phenomena. You can watch a village get devastated by a tsunami, fly into the eye of a hurricane and get submerged by a melting glacier--all without getting your shoes wet.
