Fancy a fancier mouse?
Microsoft today announced five new additions to its lineup of artist-edition mice. The artists behind the bedecked peripherals, hailing from around the globe, include Kenzo Minami, Stina Persson, Tchmo, Sally Zou, and Oh Joy (that's the artist's name, not necessarily an editorial comment on the new products).
The mice, as you can see from the picture above, eschew the standard black-and-silver mouse costuming in favor of bold, sometimes whimsical designs, including one biomechanical collage of black, white, silver, and gold, and another reminiscent of '70s fabrics.
If the arty versions of the Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 and Arc Touch Mouse are too much for you, but you still want to turn up the mouse notch a bit, Microsoft is also rolling out several limited-edition mouse shades.
