For those deathly sick of being bombarded by stories of Microsoft's new mobile OS this week, here's a little retro kitsch from simpler times. Meet Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde. The evergreen Pac-Man ghosts are back, this time as mood lamps that look a-maze-ingly (pardon the pun) cool on your desktop if you're a serious retro game geek.
I know I'd like one on mine, though I'd wait awhile for the $66.99 sticker price to dip before putting out for one of Brazailian designer Anderson Horta's creations. These little monsters come in white, red, blue, and yellow and gobble on 20W to 40W candelabra lightbulbs instead of pac dots.
