4GB for $6? You read right.

Couldn't leave for the weekend without sharing this: Newegg has a Super Talent 4GB USB flash drive for $5.99 with free shipping.

What else is there to say? That's a couple bucks cheaper than I've ever seen a 4GB drive. It has a lifetime warranty; otherwise it's pretty much your basic thumb drive.

Unfortunately, it appears to lack any kind of loop or other keychain-friendly hardware, so it can't replace the drive that just broke off my key ring. Otherwise, I'd be ordering faster than you can say "cheapskate."

I think that this thumb drive might actually have a loop. I've had other Super Talent drives that looked virtually identical and those did. And if you look at the picture of the drive in its packaging it appears that there is a relatively flat loop provided.

Good price, but I'm spoiled by the SanDisk Cruzer line of drives without the cap to lose and has a built in key chain ring. Picked up an 8GB for $12.99 (after $3 easy rebate) from Staples on Black Friday, and lovin' it!

Still too small. I am enjoying my 16Gb Kingston drive. Everything fits on it. :-)
