Ron Paul's Tea Party-- a bigger money bomb
I see today's "money bomb" for the Ron Paul presidential campaign is doing even better than the Nov. 5 event. No doubt the publicity from last month is helping this time around.
According to this real-time data from RonPaulGraphs.com, contributions are coming in at a rate about 50% higher than the previous occasion. Around 3 P.M. Pacific time, the day's donations passed the total for Nov. 5.
Donations are currently on a pace to reach about $6.5 million for the day, which would set a new one-day record for actual donations. And all without the support of the official campaign organization. Amazing.

While this Tea Party is going on online, there are thousands of supporters in the worst sort of weather who have braved the snow, the ice, the wind and the traffic to get together on this historical day. With so many primaries taking place in snow and ice-ridden states, so early in the winter, there's a question the mainstream press should ask: will the supporters of other candidates brave the weather to vote in the primaries?
Post proof or retract.
Couple of points:
-The government has been printing money rampantly to fund foreign wars (entanglements) and flawed federal programs. This causes inflation which causes (housing) markets to fail, causes the dollar to devalue, causes prices to rise fast. Did you know that it is your earnings that get swallowed in the process? Imagine 60% of your 401k (or any other form of savings) getting scammed from you to pay the government's "credit card bill." It's a serious scenario, and a reason for outrage. Ron Paul has been trying to prevent it for years. Excellent lesson here:

-The IRS is a failing system. If asked to compute how much a moderate sized business owes in taxes, 20 different IRS agents come up with 20 different results. Who's right, who knows? Its too complicated and too manipulated by special interests to work. Its more stifling than the British system of revolutionary times. The IRS was intended to be phased out years ago. Ron Paul wants to eliminate the IRS and tax purchased goods. No wealth redistribution schemes involved, and very simple, and the economy has more money to create more jobs and wealth. The dollar costs of IRS compliance would vanish. (its a massive inefficiency).
-Patriot Act: did you know that a government agent can issue a self written search warrant (no judge involved) to get information from someone, and if you speak to ANYONE about receiving it you will be charged with a felony? Even your wife, even your lawyer, even your judge!!!! This is so unconstitutional, so unamerican, such an epitome of police state tactics and erosion of liberty. This is the kind of constitutional liberty that Ron Paul is speaking about restoring.
A lot of people are realizing that these (and many others) are serious issues and Ron Paul is the only serious candidate who has the track record of voting to protect the constitution. All of these problems are caused by deviations from Constitutional law.
Please do a little research (google Ron Paul) and find out just what is at stake. His support is growing exponentially.
At first I thought he was a fringe candidate - that is what the mainstream press keeps saying, but if you listen to what he says that isn't true.
One thing is for sure - the ONLY way a Republican will win is if it is Ron Paul.
Now they are reduced to paying Drudge to take down articles about Ron Paul. The public is smarter than the press thinks.
The other reason he is so popular with the Majority, is he is 'unpopular' with the minority that is polled.
He is also a threat to the military industrial complex and its propaganda wing, the main stream media, and the people are standing up to say, we are ready for Ron Paul, the constitution and real change.
