Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha . . .

(deep breath)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA . . .

(wipes tears of mirth from eyes)

Un-be-frickin'-leivable. Can anyone imagine Apple producing such a cringe-inducing piece of video foolishness?

What comes immediately to mind is that 1996 interview of Steve Jobs: "The only problem with Microsoft is they just have no taste. They have absolutely no taste. I don't mean that in a small way; I mean that in a big way."

Well, if nothing else, Microsoft is always good for a laugh.

A part of me has quietly died...

The reader comments were priceless, however.

I am still in shock, to be honest.
@MATTAND: I know what you mean, I am forever traumatized by this experience.

"the MicroSoft Sales team rocks" I think this is on the rocks like a ship wreck, remember the Titanic?
but then it does kind of explain the product and why no one wants it.

Those reader comments were priceless... pricelessly stupid.

I've seen other MS internal video; they deliberately do cheesy. It's a joke.

That people assume "omg itz from MS it muzt be SERIOUSES and for real ADVERTIZINGZ!" is their own damned problem.

(As I see Gizmodo has noted since the first publication: "UPDATE: The video is an internal spoof, an insider confirms."

Told you.)

Dude, it's clearly an internal video, it's meant to be funny. Ha ha. Funny, you know, chortle, funny. But.... it isn't, it's so cringeworthy I can see Uncle Cringe wimpering in the corner. Yes, those are real tears of cringe.

Hey, the Macalope saw the one they did on "If Microsoft had designed the iPod package" and that was *awesome*. This is just awful. It was obviously a spoof but it was not funny as a spoof. It's not funny under any pretext or no matter how much nitrous you've had.
