Twitter has officially transitioned its entire user base over to the "New Twitter," the company tweeted yesterday.
"New Twitter rollout: complete," the company tweeted. "All users now have the same Twitter.com experience and can access our latest features."
Last week, Twitter said that it was entering the final stages of that rollout, spelling an end for the old design.
It certainly has taken a long time for Twitter to get to this point.
Last September, the social network announced the new Twitter design, which features two viewing panes, allowing users to quickly see another user's recent tweets, and view videos and photos from within the site. The company said at the time that it wanted to make the home page "faster" and "richer" for users, and struck deals with a host of companies, including TwitPic and YouTube, to do so.
