If this is passed they claim its going to crack down on illegal internet activity. But if you think about it, in order to catch illegal activity they are going to have to monitor every single piece of traffic that everybody sends in order to catch anything illegal. So it opens the door for the isp to snoop on anything we do, legally. So say goodbye to privacy. All the isp has to do if caught snooping on you is say they were checking for illegal activity.
