The Digital Home Video: Frivolous lawsuits against Apple need to stop
There are too many frivolous lawsuits against Apple and it needs to stop.

This person suing should just have taken the phone back and said no thank you! Don't they have a 30 day return policy!
If people can sue and get money for being lied too or hurt, good! But seems like a lot of headache.
If this is allowed to go as a class action the individuals that are part of it will get chump change, but the legal firm will get a big payday since they take a percentage of the total payout if there is one, hence the motivation to sue anything that moves.

- Only just apple? And what about every other company being hit with frivilous lawsuits? Climb out of your apple fanboyism, take off the blinders and look around.
