Microsoft's WGA: it's only human(s)
As Mary Jo reports, Microsoft's Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) service outage was caused by human error. How comforting. Now if we could just get rid of those pesky humans, SaaS outages would be nonexistent. :-)
