If you love Paris and the environment, and you have a boatload of money, this could be your dream home.

A real-estate company called Welcome in France is offering a free Tesla Roadster with every purchase of one of its homes in a new ecological luxury-housing development on the outskirts of Paris, according to a report.

The development will use solar panels, geothermal energy, and its own water treatment facility, among other things, French car blog Le Blog Auto reported, but it's still under construction, and buyer interest has been slow due to the economy.

The Tesla is a new enticement to get ecologically minded (and presumably wealthy) people interested.

But with a helipad and golf course included in the development, it's hard to judge just how environmentally friendly the exclusive 40-home development could actually be.

In a software-driven world, it's easy to forget about the nuts and bolts. Whether it's cars, robots, personal gadgetry or industrial machines, Candace Lombardi examines the moving parts that keep our world rotating. See? You too can be environmentally friendly; you too can save the planet. You can fight global warming so long as you are a billionaire and can afford million dollar housing. You can name yourself Captain Planet, own these green homes, and drive around in a six figure "green" machine from Tesla.

Stupid crap like this is why there are a lot of people out there that think that at least 90% of everything about Global Warming is a sham. A ponzi scheme. Just a way for the Al Gore's of the world to line their pockets with the other type of green. While I believe developing better, cheaper, cleaner forms of energy is important, it is also important to steer clear of global warming alarmists. They don't care about you, me, or the environment, they just want to abuse your fears and line their pockets.

98% of the climate change hype we see is driven by those who have a financial dog in the hunt. If it isn't directly from the "green" industry charlatans it's from some scientist of dubious repute who relies on global warming grant money for his salary. Global Warming is the biggest scam ever perpetrated upon the denizens of this plant.

Please post a link to your peer-reviewed article proving this. I assume you are a reputable scientist who has firm evidence rather than just another nobody on the internet ranting about something he doesn't understand.

SURPRISE !

Green car rely in anything-but-ecologic batteries, and the batteries last only a few years. Currently is fine, cause there are not more that 1000 "green-De'lorean-scam" in circulation.
