Vonage CEO out

Vonage announced Thursday that Michael Snyder has stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer. He has also resigned from the Company's Board of Directors effective April 11. Jeffrey Citron, the company's chairman, has been named interim CEO while the company looks for a replacement.

More information on this development is coming shortly.
