Tech prize seeks ideas for graying boomer market
There's still two weeks left to throw in a business plan for the Silicon Valley Boomer Technology Summit business plan competition.

Although you don't hear as much as about it as energy, health care will likely become one of the large opportunities for start-ups and established industrials alike in the coming years. Ideas that have percolated in recent years include needle-less vaccine systems, robots for helping move old people around their homes and wireless patches that can monitor blood pressure through optical technology.
"We now have 70-year-old children taking care of 90-year-old parents," Matsushita Electric President Fumio Ohtsubo told News.com last year.
