Fighting the abuse of cilantro

We at Blogma are a tolerant lot (sometimes), but we feel strongly that the culinary world has simply gotten out of control in its obsession with all manner of spices and condiments just for the sake of using them. And because one of the most exploited ingredients is cilantro, we validate this site, whose name says it all: IHateCilantro.com. Just say no, people.
