Google Summer of Code V.2
Google is again hosting a "Summer of Code" program through which it will provide financial assistance to students to work on open-source software projects during their summer break. Last year, 400 student developers and 40 mentor organizations participated, representing 49 countries. Google says it hopes to take on more students this year. More information about Google's Summer of Code program is on Google's Web site.
