Silicone loop holds your grub in place
Sometimes it's hard to hold it all together in the kitchen--and by "it," we not only mean your patience, but those bunches of vegetables and hunks of stuffed meat that need to stay well-fastened in order to be cooked just right.

The Food Loop is a straightforward but innovative little gadget--a heat-resistant silicone food-trussing tool that replaces traditional kitchen binding tools like toothpicks and butcher's twine. The apparent advantage is that it won't splinter or break off like toothpicks or get lost, soggy or stick to foods like string. It's resistant to 675 degrees and adjusts from 1 inch to 4 inches or larger by linking several loops together.
The Food Loop is reusable and cleans up easily in soapy water or a dishwasher. It's available at houseware stores and online. (Be thankful we elected to go with the picture of the asparagus rather than the one of the turkey in bondage.)
