A cocktail cooler with tech buzz
Some days, following advances in technology can give you a headache. Other days, it gives you a hangover.
We found the Lazy Drink programmable cocktail dispenser at Coolest-Gadgets.com. This bad boy combines 16 bottles of hooch and ice in a portable cooler for a party-to-go. No need to hire a professional bartender with his own hardware for your next gig. Just click your way to a tasty drink.

The system has three components: a custom cooler, a CO2 tank and a computer interface. The cooler can be ordered fully customized from LazyDrinker.com for $750 . The CO2 tank costs $120 through Lazy Drinker, but it can be found elsewhere for much less. The computer that controls mixing and dispensing operations--a laptop would be ideal because of its portability--has to be purchased separately. The software necessary to make more than 5,000 drinks is free.
Aside from Lazy Drink's hefty price, the only drawback is its beverage-cooler size. I don't know how I'm going to hide this baby under the tiles in the server room.

If pushing a button to make a drink is too much work, there are easier options...like robots! Cynthia's Cyberbar in London has two robots, Cynthia and Rastus, designed to mix and pour 75 different cocktails. Also, Japanese brewer Asahi has a robot that cools and serves cans of beer.
