iTunes is pants

That's right. Apple's music store is pants. If I were to say that that in Britain, of course, I'd be torn limb from limb by angry Apple fans (in the U.K., saying something is "pants" is roughly the same as calling it rubbish).

Here in the U.S., however, it's just good advertising. Retail giant the Gap announced Thursday that it is teaming with Apple to give a free iTunes download to anyone who tries on a pair of jeans. Because people who like jeans like music. Or something.

Just don't take this one across the Atlantic Ocean, or it'll be the Latin American Chevy Nova all over again.
