Bono: PC guy or Mac guy?

Irish rocker Bono has moved ahead of Warren Buffett as the hottest name on the Friends of Bill short list. In a Reuters interview, Bill Gates said the singer-cum-political globetrotter was a sleep-over guest at the estate. Bono was in Seattle to give a concert this week.

Still no word out of Cupertino whether Steve Jobs is junking all his U2 CDs in revenge. Last fall Apple introduced a special-edition version of its iPod music player in partnership with Bono's U2 rock band. Maybe it's much ado about nothing. After all, it's not as if Bono sold the rights to his autobiography to John Wiley & Sons .
