Another Tiger settlement for Apple

Apple Computer has settled with another developer it had accused of leaking pre-release versions of Mac OS X 'Tiger' onto the Internet.

The Mac maker confirmed a pact with Vivek Sambhara, one of three men the company sued in December for posting developer copies of Tiger onto file sharing sites. Apple settled with another of the men last month.

The settlement was reported earlier Tuesday on drunkenblog, which posted court documents related to the case.
