Chowderhead of the Year
With the morning mail on my AutoLink column running 50-50,

Anyway, Eric Goldman, a professor at Marquette University Law School, pinged me this morning. He agrees that Google wins points for giving users choices, but also says it's irrelevant to the legal inquiry. Check out his blog post on AutoLink.
