So far the morning mail responding to my Friday column is running 50-50 between folks who agree and those nominating me for ??Chowderhead of the Year.?? Feel free to add your vote at the bottom of this post.

Anyway, Eric Goldman, a professor at Marquette University Law School, pinged me this morning. He agrees that Google wins points for giving users choices, but also says it's irrelevant to the legal inquiry. Check out his blog post on AutoLink.
