Ad Age: Anheuser-Busch kills Janet Jackson spoof ad

It's unclear why Anheuser-Busch put the kibosh on a Super Bowl showing of a Nipplegate spoof of Janet Jackson's famous "wardrobe malfunction.

Ad Age quotes a company vice president acknowledging the ad tested well. So why not run it?

"The beer marketing giant had flirted with running the Bud Light spot, created by Omnicom Group's DDB Worldwide, New York. It decided not to after discussions with the Fox network, which is broadcasting the Super Bowl, and the National Football League."
